Dear Hans,

Life sometimes can be dramatic, we didn't know we would find our new home that soon. Wally & I analyzed that there are 19 factors that are good for us if we buy this house in Los Altos. It's in a beautiful location, and it fulfills our needs and desire.

We want to thank you so much for helping us buying this home.  Although it needs some jobs to fix, it will be very challenging to rebuild the whole place. But I trust the process of life, I believe it will bring me the highest good, as always.  We think you are an amazing agent: Not only because you work diligently, but also because you have the patience and the nicest way of doing thoughtful things.
