Background:

What a great place to live in the San Francisco Bay Area!!  Beautiful places to hike, bike, shop, and dine.  Wonderful community parks, diverse cultural backgrounds, and the schools are fantastic.

Hans was born in Taiwan, educated in the east coast, and has lived in the Bay Area over 20 years.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked as a financial analyst with Merrill Lynch and international tour guide with Lassen.  This background has been priceless in his real estate career because he analyzes the trend, evaluates decision, and provides the services with the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.  "I will not let me client make a bad real estate decision" says Hans.

Outside of working with clients, Hans has strong ties with church and outdoor-activity communities.  He was drawn to the bay area, as with many people, because of the mediterranean weather and the multitude of the activities.  He enjoys playing guitar, photography, backpacking, surfing, snowboarding, biking, playing basketball/tennis and hanging out with his two daughters, Sydney(14) & Audrey(10).  And he is looking forward to sharing his life with you in many years to come.
